Manchester HOME Cinema Wait For Me Premiere

This Wait For Me premiere screening with a Q&A will be held at HOME Cinema located in Manchester on the 3rd of June 2023, this screening is set to start at 18:10 pm. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Keith Farrell the director of the film, scriptwriter Bernard O’Toole and actor Aaron Cobham who plays Sam. A girl named Alison is chained to a life of crime in the movie Wait For Me as she desperately searches for a way out. She is introduced to a different way of life by Sam, a damaged man with a troubling background. In an effort to locate the child she and her sister Karen left behind, Alison embarks on a road trip. As her demons start to come back to haunt her, Alison realises that she must confront her pimp Max in order to protect her family from the wrongdoings of her past.

Although the Wait For Me film was not filmed in Manchester, Old Hall Films, who produced the film is a Manchester-based film production company. Old Hall Films pride themselves on making high-quality content with an international appeal but a northern soul. Keith Farrell who directed the film won the best director award at the Manchester Film Festival this year.
