Theo Ogundipe

Theo Ogundipe, a charismatic and talented actor and musician, has been captivating audiences in the UK with his exceptional performances and magnetic presence. Born in Lagos, Nigeria, Theo’s journey to becoming a celebrated actor has been one of passion, dedication, and perseverance.  Theo moved with his family to London at a young age and it was here that his love of performance came tot he fore.  From a young age, it was evident that Theo possessed a natural inclination for the performing arts. His innate ability to embody diverse characters and evoke genuine emotions quickly became apparent to those around him. Encouraged by his family’s unwavering support, Theo embarked on his creative path, determined to make a mark in the world of acting.

Theo studied ‘Musical Theatre at the world famous Brit School and studied Acting at Mountview Academy of Performing Arts. He quickly established himself as a leading stage actor taking on challenging roles in many of Shakespeare’s most famous plays and performing with The Royal Shakespeare Company and in the Old Vic, Sheffield Crucible, Manchester Royal Exchange to name a few. These performance not only established Theo as a formidable stage actor but also opened doors to the realm of on-screen opportunities.

Theo’s most notable roles include series such as “Top Boy” where he plays Ruben and his role as Soothsayer in “Julius Caesar”. Ogundipe has also appeared in BBC’s “Eastenders” and “The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance”.  Theo took on the role of Barry in “Wait for Me” and has wowed both critics and audience’s for his performance in that role. 

His magnetic presence and ability to breathe life into every character he portrays quickly made him a sought-after talent in the film and television industry. Theo’s versatility allowed him to seamlessly transition from gripping dramas to light hearted comedies, showcasing his ability to captivate audiences across genres. His impeccable range and depth have earned him accolades, nominations, and a growing fan base, all of whom eagerly await his next project.
